Simply defined – your brand is whatever comes to mind at the mention of your churches name.  If you are not seeing new people on a regular basis – you can for sure bet – you do not have an effective Brand image.

Understand – your ineffective brand is not a reflection on the quality of your church, but on the quality and clarity of your communication to the community in which your church serves.
